How long have you been skating? 14 years
Where is your favorite place to skate? My favorite place to skate is alongside my
friends
What is your favorite type of skating terrain? I enjoy the strange approach to the
random obstacle with the creative dismount.
Where would you like to travel to skate? Australia, Japan, Vancouver, Arizona,
Chicago
Who would you like to get the chance to skate with someday? Tom Fry, Tim Ward,
Bella Hyser, and TJ Hyser
Name a major accomplishment for you while skating? The day I carved and
traveled a 540 over the coping on the big ramp at Maximus in the presence of Matt
Butterly (one of my earliest influences) was a really great day.
What inspires your skating? My continued exposure to the world around me is what
inspires my skating. Skating with my roller-family and feeding off of their energy,
visually ingesting all types of roller-media, dealing with life stress, and driving all play
a part in how I view the world and how I adapt that world to fit my skating in to it.
What does Way of the Boot mean to you? For me the Way of the Boot is my
lifestyle. I live, work, eat, sleep, and pay bills to be able to skate. Putting my feet in
boots with wheels underneath them has provided me with the greatest people and
experiences I could ever ask for, and I can't see living any other way.
